The Process

1 - Connect

The first few sessions will be spent with me getting to know you by asking you about your life so far and really listening, so you feel understood and known and I can get a thorough understanding of who you are and what you’re looking for. 

2 - Roadmap

From there, I’ll draft a plan and invite your input. That will act as our roadmap. I will be totally respectful of your pace and needs and we can be flexible as new things come up.

3 - Growth

We then start working together as a team on accomplishing the roadmap. Along the way, I’ll give you ideas and different perspectives, tools, techniques and strategies. 

4 - Next steps

When you’ve achieved your goals, you can either set new ones and carry on or do less frequent check-in sessions. Or, you might decide to close the door to therapy for a while and open it again in the future if you want or need to. Could you and I work well together?
